Rental Information

Peak Season

  • May – September
  • Peak Season – Weekly Rentals Only for July: Saturday – Saturday
Memorial Weekend & Labor Day Weekend

  • 3 day minimum (Friday, Saturday, Sun) or (Saturday, Sun, Monday)
OFF-SEASON Rentals

  • OFF-SEASON rentals for Fall, Winter, and Spring available (2 NIGHT MINIMUM)
  • Winter, Spring, Fall monthly rentals available, please inquire.
Rental Deposit

  • To Reserve your cabin for next season; 50% deposit due A.S.A.P.
  • 50% deposits are required at time of reservation. No reservations are confirmed until deposits are received.
  • If making a reservation within 30 days prior to arrival date FULL PAYMENT (100%) is due.

Please Notify us when you make the reservation if you will be bringing a personal watercraft or pet.

 Security Deposit

  • Prices shown on site do not include 6% sales tax, cleaning fee, or refundable security deposit
  • Refundable Security Deposit Required – Cleanliness and condition inspected upon departure
  • Additional charge for cleaning may be withheld for security deposit if cabin is left excessively dirty, dishes are left unwashed, food is left in fridge/freezer or trash is left in or around cabin and the grounds
CHECK-IN

  • CHECK-In time is at 4:00 p.m.
  • CHECK-OUT time is promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Please be respectful of these times for our cleaning crew to prepare cabins for the next group of guests.

Payment Information

DEPOSIT

  • 50% deposits are required at time of reservation. No reservations are confirmed until deposits are received.

BALANCE

  • Due 30 days prior to arrival date or pay In full at time of reservation

METHOD OF PAYMENT

  • Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover cards or Checks; 3% processing fee applies to all charge cards.

  • Please make sure that you sign the check
  • Place Cabin # and Rental Dates on check

Cancellation Information

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If a guest’s notice of cancellation is received 91 days OR MORE (of the arrival date) 75% deposit fee will be refunded.
  • If a guest’s notice of cancellation is received 90 days to 61 days (of the arrival date) 50% deposit fee will be refunded.
  • If a guest’s notice of cancellation is received 60 days to 31 days (of the arrival date) 25% deposit fee will be refunded.
  • If a guest’s notice of cancellation is received 30 days or LESS (of the arrival date) all money is non refundable.
  • Refunds are issued by check or credit card

Additional Information

PETS

  • Please inquire at time of your reservation for approval. Pet fee is $25.00 per day per dog and is due with the balance of your cabin. Pets must be on a leash while outside the cabin, no exceptions.  Pets are not permitted to be left alone in the cabin unattended.

PONTOON, PADDLE BOAT & STAND UP PADDLE BOARD RENTALS ON-SITE

  • Please inquire at time of reservation. These rental arrangements should be made A.S.A.P.

KAYAKS

  • First come first serve.
  • “USE AT YOUR OWN RISK”
  • You assume responsibility
  • Children must be supervised
  • Life jackets are to be used at all times

COMMON AREA & FIRE PIT

  • Children must have supervision at all times and an adult must be present in all common areas
  • Clean-up Fire area, beach, volleyball and swing set area is required by guests after use
  • Firewood is not provided, please buy locally.
